Our client as a manufacturing company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Tay Ninh based who has the solid experience in daily finance accounting operation task

Job Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Supervise all aspects of factory accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and compliant with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Manage the preparation of key financial documents such as financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee the annual financial closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments to achieve a precise year-end close.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, providing analyses of variances and actionable insights.
  • Conduct production cost analyses and generate detailed reports to support cost optimization for management.
  • Monitor and manage factory expenditures, identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities.

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Oversee inventory control procedures, including conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records and manage asset depreciation schedules effectively.

Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Design and uphold robust internal controls, processes, and policies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits by preparing required documentation and facilitating audit activities.

Financial Analysis & Strategy

  • Deliver financial analyses and insights to aid decision-making and support the factory's long-term financial strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as production and supply chain to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.


Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting, with over 15 years-experienced
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Annual Closing background is a must – he/she will be a main person to execute on this process.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic, with the ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
