Job summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals:

Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop a brand strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience
  • Define the brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework
  • Craft a long-term brand vision and roadmap

Brand Identity & Guidelines:

  • Oversee the brand's visual identity and establish a cohesive style guide
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing and communications

Integrated Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of compelling content to bring the brand to life

Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and management (in-house and/ or agency settings)
  • Proven track record of leading successful brand development and transformations for user-facing products and services
  • Exceptional strategic and creative thinking skills to translate complex concepts into impactful brand narratives
  • Strong executive-level communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
  • Expertise in data analysis and using metrics to drive brand and marketing decisions
  • Experience in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English proficiency
