Business Development Manager - Credit Solutions

Job summary

Adecco's client is a well-respected bank in Hanoi is actively seeking for a position of Business Development Manager - Credit Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, propose, and implement/improve credit products on both physical and digital channels.
• Research and develop customer journeys on digital channels for existing and new bank products.
• Manage and ensure successful implementation of product digitalization projects to enhance customer experience. Specifically: Develop customer journey ideas, collaborate with relevant departments to build journeys ensuring that output products meet requirements; identify and assess project risks, guide and support project members in executing and completing assigned tasks.
• Develop guidelines, regulations, and operational procedures for implementing credit products and services, and related documents.
• Implement test scenarios, conduct testing, and accept digital channel products and services.
• Organize training and provide guidance on usage for branches, transaction offices, partners, and customers.

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in banking environment.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Understand the intricacies of the credit process and the competitive landscape, particularly in the auto loan market.
• Develop and implement digital products that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Work collaboratively within an Agile environment to drive product development and problem-solving.

Education requirements

• University degree in Financial/Banking, Economics, or similar orientations
• Preference for those with international degrees and professional certifications in financial analysis and investment (CFA, CFP, CAIA, ChFP,...)
