Adecco's client , a well-known International Institution in Vietnam is looking for Business Development Manager - Partnership Channel in Ho Chi Minh City to emphasize relationship building with institutions and organizations, engaging prospective candidates, and supporting the application process to ensure a seamless journey for postgraduate students.

Job Responsibilities

Partnership Development and Outreach

• Build and maintain strong connections with educational institutions, corporate entities, and professional organizations to foster lead generation.
• Organize and represent programs at events, webinars, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and attract interest.
• Collaborate with academic teams to align postgraduate offerings with market and partner expectations.

Student Engagement and Admissions

• Provide tailored advice to prospective students on course selection and career pathways.
• Assist candidates in completing application procedures and meeting eligibility criteria.
• Use a personalized approach to address candidate needs and drive enrollment.

Market Insights and Recruitment Strategy

• Conduct research on education trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies.
• Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns aimed at target audiences.

Performance Monitoring

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions.
• Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and suggest improvements.

Operational Excellence

• Contribute to the planning and execution of recruitment events, ensuring postgraduate programs are effectively showcased.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support overall recruitment objectives.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 05 years proven experience in a similar position with a background from a customer services or sales environment.
• Having relationships with local and international Agents is preferred.
• Preferably candidates having both B2B & B2C sales experience

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline & preferably in Marketing or Business Management
