Adecco's client is a well-respected bank in Hanoi is actively seeking for a position of Business Development Manager - Wealth Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Solution Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and develop innovative product strategies.
• Customer Journey Design and Development: Create and refine product features, user experiences, and financial models.
• Risk Management: Implement robust risk management frameworks to protect client interests.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to drive product evolution.
• Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on investment strategies and financial planning.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

Experience requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in banking environment.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and product launch processes
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to market trends and new investment products.

Education requirements

• University degree in Financial/Banking, Economics, or similar orientations
• Preference for those with international degrees and professional certifications in financial analysis and investment (CFA, CFP, CAIA, ChFP,...)
