Job summary

Company focuses on activities of payment intermediaries (with 3 services including Payment Gateway, E-Wallet, Support service of cash collection and payment) and investing resources to develop loyalty business - accumulating points for user care. Company is an unique eLoyalty platform that uses Advanced Data Analytics, Proprietary MarTech, eTools and AI /ML to create the largest behaviour bank and customer ecosystem in Vietnam through strategic collaboration with core partners.

Job Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage all commercial departments including marketing, customer teams, merchant teams, products and services, data analytics and key account / relationship teams

·      Work closely with Executive Chairman to manage key external stakeholders (including investors) which will include high profile members of business and government agencies

·      Follow up on new business areas and work with COO to ensure timely delivery

·      In charge of formulating business strategy for Executive Chairman

·      Lead the monthly executive committee meeting, chaired by Executive Chairman

·      Support design and excel against KPIs set by the BOD

·      Quarterly presentation to BOD

·      Accountable for overall financial performance of the business and commercial KPIs

·      Act as a key liaison for strategic international stakeholders in terms of business matters i.e., regulator reporting and update meetings.

·      Support Executive Chairman and Senior Advisor for matters relating to Corporate Strategy and relevant actions i.e., M&A, Fundraising

Experience requirements

·      Many years digital marketing and/or coalition loyalty points business within industry dealing with consumers and merchants

·      Minimum 5-10 years of senior leadership position and more recently at C class level

·      Designing and implementing commercial strategies to drive customer, merchant and revenue growth using partnerships, other channels and direct to consumer data driven insights

·      Experience in assembling, transforming and managing commercial front office high performing teams with headcount of more than 50 people

Education requirements

  • MBA or equivalent experience
