Job Responsibilities

Company Culture (80%)

  • Event Planning & Execution: Develop and implement an annual master plan for internal company events. Oversee and coordinate various events, including team-building activities, campaigns, social gatherings, and the year-end party. As the key organizer, you'll ensure these events create lasting memories for our employees.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leadership: Take charge of organizing and leading CSR activities, allowing employees to contribute meaningfully to the community.
  • Budget & Planning: Manage event budgets, prepare cost estimates for activities and gifts, and create detailed event timelines to ensure smooth execution without issues.
  • Creative Design: Design promotional materials such as posters, invitations, and videos using creative platforms to visually promote company events. You will also be responsible for decorating the office’s information board.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Welcome new hires, ensure they have all the necessary materials for a smooth onboarding experience, and provide full support for their OJT schedule, including room arrangements.

Recruitment/Report (20%)

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by organizing documents and compiling key information as requested.
  • Report Preparation: Support the creation of reports by gathering information from various departments and providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks assigned by senior team members as needed.


Experience requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources within a global company.
  • Experience in developing Company culture, L&D, OD

Skills & Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, systems, Masterfile
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative approach to organizing and executing various events.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and collaborating with external agencies.
  • Highly responsible, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage individual tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate information and strong reporting skills to support decision-making.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree above
  • Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or other related fields
