Job summary
Adecco's client, a well-respected local bank in Hanoi is actively seeking talents for position Senior Relationship Manager who has high expertise in taking care of FDI sector.
Job Responsibilities
As the Senior Relationship Manager - FDI, you will be responsible for the following:
Directly participate in business activities in line with the following functions:
- Build and develop client relationships.
- Conduct client due diligence.
- Coordinate with economic sector teams to identify and implement client value propositions.
- Develop annual credit proposals (ACPs), action plans, and provide advisory services to clients.
- Effectively manage performance according to clients
Specific tasks:
- Manage, exploit, and develop relationships with assigned clients (primarily those with diverse financial needs), ensuring achievement and exceeding Total Operating Income (TOI) targets while maintaining good asset quality across the entire client portfolio.
- Present and defend credit proposals/service utilization proposals (if any) at various Credit Committees/approval levels.
- Regularly review the existing portfolio to detect early warning signs and potential risks. Coordinate with direct superiors and relevant parties to propose and implement risk management solutions for each client.
- Collaborate with the designated team to support audits, inspections, and periodic/ad-hoc control activities.
- Provide ideas and proposals for business development, risk management, and coordinate with relevant units for implementation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with all clients in the portfolio at leadership and management/operational levels.
- Establish relationships and attract new clients in the group's business areas.
- Contribute ideas for product development, process improvement, and service quality enhancement.
- Act as the focal point for providing information and connecting with cross-divisional product teams to increase transaction volumes for the entire value chain and related client groups.
Participating in the implementation of tasks and projects of the Division as assigned by superiors:
- Implement the unit's BCP
Experience requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in direct business units dealing with corporate clients.
- Good understanding of banking and corporate laws, bank policies, regulations, and products for corporate clients.
- Solid knowledge of the market, business operations of corporate clients, as well as key industries and sectors served by the CIBG.
- Preferred: Proficiency in English/Chinese or Korean.
Education requirements
- University or master's degree in banking and finance, international economics, business administration or statistical analysis.
