Country Manager

Job summary

A rare opportunity - Country Manager role has just come available in a multinational company. The candidate will drive strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of service and performance across both markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth, market share, and profitability in Vietnam.
• Lead and support the sales and marketing teams to ensure impactful market penetration and brand recognition.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and efficiency targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key regulatory authorities.
• Foster a high-performance culture, empowering and developing the local team to achieve outstanding results.
• Ensure all business practices comply with local regulatory standards and align with company policies.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
• Proven track record in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam market
• Exceptional strategic, financial, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Must fluent in English.
