Job summary
An influencer marketing platform developer in Asia is looking for a Country Sales Head for their business in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local business strategy aligned with company's global objectives, focusing on growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the local branch, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer relations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including influencers, businesses, industry associations, and government bodies to enhance company's market position.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Drive branding and marketing initiatives to increase product's visibility and reputation in the local market.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, optimizing processes and resources to achieve business goals.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain profitability and sustainable growth.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance the company's presence and network.
- Report weekly to Headquarters on progress and initiatives
Experience requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role, ideally as business head within the digital marketing, technology, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and online marketplace dynamics.
- Track record of successfully scaling businesses and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial management and business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
