Credit Control Manager

Job summary

Our client is the global leader in logistics and express delivery sector is looking for potential candidate to join them as a Credit Control Manager. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure effective service in credit collection, query handling, and billing functions
• Oversee the timely and accurate issuing of invoices to maintain high service standards
• Conduct regular customer visits to nurture and maintain strong and beneficial relationships
• Organize efficient processes to promptly resolve all customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with regional offices to implement and support global or regional programs effectively

Experience requirements

• Possess at least ten years of relevant experience, with a minimum of three years in a managerial role
• Achieve a Professional Accountancy qualification such as CPA or an equivalent certification
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively
• Exhibit a strong ability to develop KPIs and monitor team performance, ensuring high-quality results

Education requirements

• Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, reflecting a strong educational background
