Job Responsibilities

• DeFi Strategy & Growth: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for decentralized finance initiatives, establish KPIs and OKRs, and drive ecosystem expansion on Viction
• Partnership Development: Source, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with promising DeFi projects and startups, conducting thorough due diligence and managing high-value relationships
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and marketing teams to drive ecosystem growth, resolve technical challenges, and launch impactful initiatives while ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders

Experience requirements

• 7+ years in management roles with proven success in strategy development and business projects within a specific domain
• Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of building valuable industry relationships
• Innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and create new opportunities
• Compelling public speaker and natural leader who inspires teams
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Business or Marketing degree required (MBA preferred)
• Passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology
• Deep expertise in one key area (Institution, Finance, or Game)
• Strong professional English language proficiency
