Job summary

My client - a famous brand in Automotive is looking for a Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and control activities related to accounting and finance in accordance with the company's budget.
• Ensure that important information is collected, reported and analyzed accurately and reliably.
• Collect data/information, analyze and prepare reports for the Finance Director.
• Check, propose, advise and supplement the company's financial accounting process to detect non-compliance with the process and financial risks.
• Control accounting policies according to Vietnamese standards and related tax policies and promotion programs.
• Monitor and determine the causes of unusual fluctuations and promptly report.
• Assess risks to recommend preventive and cost-saving measures and must monitor to ensure corrective measures are applied to the company's financial operations.
• Plan to manage budgets and detect errors of departments during system operation.
• Consulting on internal control and internal audit reports.
• Coordinate with the Chief Accountant to conduct periodic financial accounting books inventory with the Internal Audit agency/State agency.
• Other reports as requested by the Finance Director.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of finance and auditing
• Have solid knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Good strategic, analytical and negotiation abilities combined with communication skills
• Resists pressure well at work.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting planning and analysis
• Good conversational English

Education requirements

• Graduated from University or higher, majors: finance/accounting, auditing; Priority is given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry
