Job summary

Our client, a company specializing in construction materials is hiring a potential candidate for the vacant Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Financial Plan, Budget & forecast on time at high quality.
• Report with accuracy in a professional format.
• Monthly/quarterly presentation with useful variance analyses to the Management for better understanding and improving business performance.
• Fulfill and meet all Group and internal reporting deadline.
• Report with accuracy a professional format.
• Timely highlight any cost escalation & action plan for cost control.
• Cost within budget/target.
• Reports/analysis/validation on time with quality.
• Strong and quality support, information and analysis for management and participation in solutioning and decision-making.
• Development of effective action plans to close performance gaps.
• Development of effective strategic business plans.
• Maintenance and improvement of internal control environment. 
• Internal control compliance 

Experience requirements

• At least five years experienced in supervising or managing role.
• Experience in finance/accounting in a large, manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure is expected.
• Manage team and solve any relevant issue (finance & accounting scope).
• Assess and evaluate staff’s performance.
• Supporting Management in decision-making, being involving in relevant fields

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting
