Finance Manager

Job summary

A global manufacturing company based in Binh Duong is calling applications for Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Review weekly and monthly reports to ensure they are prepared on time and align with local regulations or IFRS.
• Guide, coach, and supervise team members in their accounting tasks.
• Provide direction and solutions for issues arising during daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address related challenges, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
• Analyze reports and identify preventive measures to minimize errors in processes.
• Liaise with internal and external audits, legal and tax consultants, tax authorities, and other legal entities.
• Support and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget.
• Collaborate with the Production team and warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
• Review weekly and monthly warehouse reports to verify data accuracy and timeliness.
• Train and monitor onboarding processes for new employees, including job-specific and team integration training.
• Assign and organize tasks for team members, adjusting responsibilities as needed to meet work demands and align with employee capabilities.
• Facilitate discussions and resolve internal conflicts to maintain a collaborative, friendly work environment and foster team spirit.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Accounting or Finance field.
• Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Open to change and adaptable to new challenges.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business, ACCA Degree is a plus
