Job summary

• Our client is a leading education agency is looking for a Head of Overseas position

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the overseas study division.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to enhance service offerings.
• Drive revenue growth and meet business targets.

Student Advisory & Program Management

• Oversee the counseling process to ensure students receive high-quality guidance on studying abroad.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international institutions, embassies, and education agencies.
• Monitor and improve student success rates in admissions and scholarships.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage a team of study abroad counselors and advisors.
• Provide training and mentorship to enhance team performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Partnership Management

• Develop marketing strategies to promote study abroad programs.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

Compliance & Financial Oversight

• Ensure compliance with international education regulations and visa policies.
• Manage the department's budget and financial performance.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the education sector, specifically in overseas study, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of international education systems, student recruitment, and visa regulations.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage business growth.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Business, or a related field.
