Job summary
Our client in construction industry is looking for the potential candidate for the HR Admin Assistant role.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Searching in cooperation with Headhunter, recruitment process operation support (Searching-Document Screening - Interview - Hiring Managing Employment Contract and Probation etc.)
- Training: Managing New employee orientation, on-board training etc.
- HR Management: Hiring/Termination management, Contract employee management etc.
- Salary: calculate salary and overtime etc.
- ER, HR System support/managing
- Overall HR/GA & Admin related tasks ordered by HR Team leader
Experience requirements
- 2 - 6 years experiences in HR/GA & Admin Field
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Korean is a plus
- Ability to maintains a smooth relationship with colleagues and has excellent teamwork
- Able to travel for business trips (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia etc.)
- Good at Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.
