Job summary

Our client in construction industry is looking for the potential candidate for the HR Admin Assistant role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Searching in cooperation with Headhunter, recruitment process operation support (Searching-Document Screening - Interview - Hiring Managing Employment Contract and Probation etc.)
  • Training: Managing New employee orientation, on-board training etc.
  • HR Management: Hiring/Termination management, Contract employee management etc.
  • Salary: calculate salary and overtime etc.
  • ER, HR System support/managing
  • Overall HR/GA & Admin related tasks ordered by HR Team leader

Experience requirements

  • 2 - 6 years experiences in HR/GA & Admin Field
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Korean is a plus
  • Ability to maintains a smooth relationship with colleagues and has excellent teamwork
  • Able to travel for business trips (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia etc.)
  • Good at Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.
