Job Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Supports departmental heads and business leaders with strategic decisions related to business strategy, financial performance, and resource utilization.
  • Advises HR team members on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, company policies, training, and legal matters.
  • Designs new hire orientation programs and ensures compliance with company standards and regulations; participates in exit interviews and advises management.
  • Ensures HR activities comply with policies, legal requirements, labor laws, and the Employment Act.
  • Facilitates discussions on HR programs and policies with regional and functional areas; leads wellness and recreation activities.
  • Creates templates and guides for maintaining records and compiling statistical reports on personnel data.
  • Collaborates with employee relations team and managers to resolve issues; leads data preparation for HR dashboard reports.
  • Leads special projects to develop solutions for employee engagement, turnover reduction, and performance management, aligned with business goals.
  • Acts as a consultant and spokesperson on change management, organization development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Coaches senior leaders on employee morale, retention, engagement, and performance.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in HR field for FDI Companies, prefer HRBP role
  • Knowledge of HR Practices: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic advice to senior management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing HR projects, including the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports to support decision-making and drive HR strategies.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading and managing change initiatives, including organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor senior leaders and HR team members.
  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software and systems, including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus
