Job summary

Our client is a rapidly expanding Vietnam dental clinic network with a strong presence across Southern Vietnam and plans to expand globally, particularly in the United States, Australia, and Canada. The organization is committed to providing top-tier dental care services, using the latest technology and providing excellent patient experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Director to join the leadership team, driving growth and overseeing HR operations as the company scales its business internationally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR strategy and operations for the dental clinic network, with oversight of over 10 stores across the southern region of Vietnam, as well as plans for expansion into international markets (US, Australia, Canada).
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and growth.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring efficient operations and development of key HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
  • Drive the recruitment and onboarding processes to support clinic expansion, focusing on attracting top talent both locally and internationally.
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards.
  • Support organizational development by implementing talent management initiatives and building a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s global growth ambitions.
  • Foster a positive company culture, promoting employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • Lead employee performance management programs, ensuring clear communication of expectations and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the CEO and senior management team on key people-related decisions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, and use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Experience requirements

Experience:

  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles, particularly within multinational healthcare, hospital, or clinic organizations.
  • Experience in managing HR operations for large-scale organizations and leading HR teams.
  • Familiarity with HR practices in both local (Vietnam) and international contexts (US, Australia, Canada).
  • Strong experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development within the healthcare or related sectors.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
