Job Responsibilities

  • Takes part in the creation, execution, and maintenance of international HR projects and programs.
  • Offers assistance to managers and staff with employee relations.
  • Assists designated groups with recruiting and selection processes and collaborates with hiring managers, HR personnel, and business executives to create innovative, economical recruitment strategies.
  • Assists in the creation and execution of training programs for managers and employee groups. Serves as the principal point of contact for designated groups for HR policy, procedures, and assistance.
  • Engages in unique Human Resources initiatives.

Experience requirements

  • At least seven years of progressive experience in human resources in a foreign fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth manufacturing environment
  • Working familiarity with (ATS) is advantageous.
  • Have experience working in Euroupe, UK, USA companies
  • Managing team experience
  • A desire to investigate innovative substitutes for existing HR procedures in order to assist in developing policies and procedures that enable the business to grow.
  • The capacity to function well at all organizational levels and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate autonomously in a hectic, team-focused setting.
  • Adaptable, accommodating, and change-tolerant.
  • Solid comprehension of systems
  • Practical familiarity with employment law
