Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Performance Management: Support managers with performance evaluations, employee development plans, and regular feedback.
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations; recommend improvements when needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in promoting a positive company culture and maintaining high employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Administration: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and oversee benefits and payroll coordination.
  • Training & Development: Work with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.


Experience requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management (5+ years preferred) with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.


Education requirements

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 50-60M VND per month (with potential for additional compensation for exceptional candidates).
