Job summary

Our client in manufacturing is looking for an HRBP Manager, Ho Chi Minh City based. The idea candidate will provide key support of all aspects of HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

1. HR Operations:

  • Ensure HR operations, practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic HR support to senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of payroll, employee records, and management.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.  

3. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and metrics.
  • Manage HR audits.

5. Training and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the annual training program to achieve departmental and organizational learning goals.
  • Ensure Talent Review is conducted and proposed on annual basis.
  • Develop and implement the succession planning across departmental and organizational.

Experience requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR general experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HR system and Microsoft Office.
