Job Responsibilities

Learning & Development (50%):

  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
  • Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage external training vendors, ensuring quality solutions.
  • Training Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding & Development: Support onboarding programs and development initiatives to enhance employee retention and growth.

HR Generalist (50%):

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in developing competitive compensation strategies and managing benefits.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews and assist in setting employee goals.
  • Employee Relations: Address concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on HR metrics and training effectiveness.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.


Experience requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Learning & Development, particularly in the context of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) companies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing external vendors for training solutions.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, compensation & benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and at all levels of the organization.


Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
