Manufacturing Manager/ Associate Manager

Job summary

Our client is looking for Manufacturing Manager/ Associate Manager based in Dong Nai.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish goals for production, and coordinate a plan to meet those goals.
• Ensure production stays on schedule.
• Identify the potential wastes and apply Lean manufacturing to optimize processes, eliminate wastes and costs.
• Drive the Lean projects to achieve the assignment KPIs.
• Support the team to solve the problems, decide the specific solutions to close the management gaps.
• Coordinate, support and communicate effectively to production and relative departments to improve the workflow. 
• Manage and control the production activities to achieve right quality, commit productivity and output and ensure the asignment KPIs are met.
• Responsibility the reject rates and defect mode, determine and analyse the root causes through Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, FMEA tools, recommend solutions and implement the correction and preventive actions.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experiences as manufacturing manager in textile/ paint/ chemical manufacturing 
• Experience in ERP D365 or SAP is in advance
• Should have Lean Manufacturing knowledges and Green Belt in 6 Sigma
• Leadership and teamwork.
• Planning and Organizing skills
• Excellent in communication and motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving.
• Customers focus and results-oriented.
• Empower and delegation skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Influence communication in English.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Mechanical.
