Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Manage and maintain local social media presence including but not limiting to Facebook, Zalo
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., sales and regional marketing team) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Monitor the latest trends and best practices in social and online marketing and measurement
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with internal team and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Experience requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in marketing
• Knowledge of various marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems such as Zoho and content management systems such as WordPress
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a knack for data analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of graphic software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous
• Strong prioritization, organization, project management skills and ability to multitask and work in teams
• Required languages: Vietnamese and English
