National Field Force Manager (ETC)

Job summary

A multi-national pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a newly created National Field Force Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. This National Field Force Manager will be responsible for driving performance of field force team nation-wide mainly in hospital channel to achieve the company's objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply product strategies to develop and implement business plans for the area
• Coach Area Field Force Manager to reach and exceed their objectives
• Ensure team is well trained to communicate product benefits to assigned doctors
• Responsible for forecasting and accordingly target setting for each territory
• Present product presentations to key stakeholders 

Experience requirements

• Minimum 7 - 10 years in sales management with regional level in a foreign pharma company
• Experienced with hospital channel
• Experienced with Ethical products and Over-The-Counter products
• Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
• An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
• High capability for working independently 
• Excellent presentation and coaching skill 
• Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacist
