Our client, one of the leading company in medical device field is looking for suitable, qualified candidates for the Product &Application Specialist position to take care of Surgical Products

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan daily visits and meetings with potential clients in assigned territories to assess their needs, including their current systems, requirements, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create future sales opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations, including on-patient demos (OPD), to generate new sales leads.
  • Verify prospect information to ensure accurate records in the Salesforce system.
  • Offer configuration consulting to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Assist distributors with technical inquiries, product issues, and tender processes.
  • Conduct training sessions on products, procedures, and soft skills for distributors.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management department to ensure stock is available for sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with distributors to address customer needs, complaints, and concerns.
  • Collect feedback from customers and relay it to internal teams and distributors.
  • Regularly assess Key Account Management (KAM) results in the designated territory, promptly renew target HP (High Potential) accounts, and implement effective strategies to meet targets.
  • Enhance the efficiency of demo assets, minimizing overdue items.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to understand the market and identify potential clients.
  • Analyze competitors by collecting current market data on pricing, products, and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to Line Managers for timely decisions.
  • Support line managers in collaborating with distributors within the assigned territory to strengthen the salesforce, expand market reach, and improve clinical support activities.
  • Assist doctors in understanding product usage during conferences, workshops, and other events.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products during events.
  • Provide strategic support to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key organizations.

Experience requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the medical device market, preferably in Endoscopy, Laparoscopy and other surgical instruments
  • Over 3 years of experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Competent in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Based in Hanoi but frequently travels for business to other regions.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in medical, pharmaceutical, biological related field
