Job summary

A foreign invested manufacturing company specialized in agricultural chemical.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess the pesticide requirements for each crop and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market segmentation, develop product positioning, and create plans.
• Plan and oversee the sales and import strategies for related products.
• Analyze market data, competitor information, and crop trends related to product innovation.
• Take responsibility for maintaining and expanding the market share of assigned product categories.
• Monitor the progress of new product development, market expansions, and identification of new target audiences.
• Review and update product labels, ensuring they comply with the Department of Plant Protection regulations.
• Recommend pricing, sales strategies, and promotional activities for agents and farmers.
• Report any issues related to the assigned responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on product features, crop management techniques, and offer technical support as needed.
• Conduct research, analysis, and forecast market demand.
• Efficiently manage production and inventory control.
• Oversee advertising campaigns and brand promotion activities.

Experience requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role.
• Proficient in using office software, with strong English skills, teamwork abilities, planning, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Capable of gathering market information.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines, strong analytical and evaluation skills, maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality regarding company information, and solve problems in a timely manner.

Education requirements

• A university degree or higher, with a focus on Plant Protection, Agriculture, or Economics. Possesses knowledge of the plant protection industry.
