Job summary

Our client which is a world leading technology innovation company specializing in the production of consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances is looking for a temporary (one year) position.

Job Responsibilities

1. Research, Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct competitive research to analyze competitor products, marketing strategies, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and market positioning.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights with well-supported recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Direct Manager, Product Manager, and Product Director.
  • Monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs) by tracking the annual Brand Health Report.

2. Planning & Budget Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Director, and headquarters to develop the annual Marketing and Budget Plan, including both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) strategies.
  • Partner with the Product Manager and Corporate Marketing Manager to plan and execute new product launches.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs for agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to specific activities and ensuring effective financial oversight.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing agencies, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of campaign delivery, ensuring smooth processes, efficient budget management, and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with pricing, promotions, and product strategies to support sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales support materials, including sales kits, brochures, and product leaflets.
  • Work closely with the PR/Corporate Marketing team to ensure product marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall brand strategy and contribute to broader business goals.

4. Internal Tasks:

  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to update product, category, and promotional banners on the website as per business unit or headquarters requirements.
  • Manage the processing of contracts, amendments, and vendor payments to ensure smooth operational execution.

Experience requirements

  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver complex programs efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry (Kitchen Appliances)
  • Expertise in product management, consumer insights, and creative/strategic thinking.
  • Highly adaptable, open-minded, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of creativity and practicality.

Education requirements

  • University degree, major in Marketing or related fields
