Job Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Supervisor oversees product lifecycle management, from idea generation to product launch, while collaborating across various departments like R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Factory, and Sales.


Product Data Management:

  • Manage and update the Product Database and Digital applications for the Sales and Technical Service teams, including documents such as TDS, MSDS, case studies, presentations, brochures, and videos.
  • Partially coordinate processes related to New Product Requests, Development, and Introduction.

SKU Management:

  • Create, extend, and update Industrial product SKUs in the SAP system, including details like name, packaging, label, weight, sales region, and bill of materials.
  • Lead and coordinate the creation of new SKUs in SAP by working with teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Production, QA, Sales, and Finance.

Product Marketing:

  • Conduct secondary market research to analyze customer needs, trends, product offerings, pricing, and consumption data using various sources such as import/export databases.
  • Independently lead the development of product marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, case studies, banners) by collaborating with agencies and designers.
  • Lead new product introduction and communication efforts.
  • Support regional activities related to digital marketing, content development, event marketing, and brand management.

Experience requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing B2B company with complex products
  • Strong understanding of Product Management and Product Marketing activities
  • Proven experience in competitor and market analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Proactive with strong communication skills; English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level
  • Experience working with third-party contractors and vendors
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of empathy and understanding of others' perspectives and circumstance

Education requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or Management
