Production Manager (Footwear / Upper)

Job summary

Our client is a leading corporate group in the footwear components industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong decision-making and prioritization are essential to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Ability to be as organized as possible to schedule, monitor and adjust deadlines and resources as needed.
• Good at time-management, an eye for details and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management software is important.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English

Experience requirements

• College graduate or above – preferably textile/ engineering function and/or minimum 5 years project management/ supervisory experience
• Strong in twisting, dyeing, and spinning as a production manager for upper footwear, yarn for weaving upper, new products.
• Experience in the textile industry, specifically in woven or knitted textiles is a high want.

Education requirements

• College graduate or above – preferably textile/ engineering function and/or minimum 5 years project management/ supervisory experience
