Production Manager (Footwear)

Job summary

Our client, a leading corporate group in the footwear components industry, is looking for a talented Production Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, managing production, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress.
• Responsible for creating detailed schedules and setting deadlines for various stages of a project. Start to finish. Be the daily expect on status. Maintain weekly pipeline schedule tracker via MS Teams
• Distribute and assign project deliverables during different stages to development and production teams and other departments
• Ensure that the production team follows the deadlines as planned in the schedules.
• Collaborate with project team, external resources, and vendors to ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs and timely delivery of the assigned tasks

Experience requirements

• Strong decision-making and prioritization are essential to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Ability to be as organized as possible to schedule, monitor and adjust deadlines and resources as needed.
• Good at time-management, an eye for details and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management software is important.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
