Production Supervisor

Job summary

Adecco's client is a leading electronics manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality electronic products to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and employee performance.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings covering safety, production, and customer commitments.
• Manage assembly capacity and cycle times to meet delivery plans.
• Work with the Master Scheduler and Planning to execute production orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct health and safety audits.
• Be the ERP system expert for production and inventory transactions.
• Train production staff and drive continuous improvement through LEAN, 6S, and structured problem-solving.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Experience requirements

• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 - 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes with must-have experience in SMT process.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, BOMs, and engineering changes.
• Effective leadership, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
