Production Team Leader

Job summary

Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam, focusing on producing and distributing high-quality, affordable generic medicines across various therapeutic areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan & deploy the production plan to all the production line
• Arrange staffs for production line sufficiently accordance with the production plan
• Monitor & supervise the production activities in shift to ensure the output & quality of product reached the production plan
• Coordinate with Engineering & maintenance to repair or preventive failure of machine, equipment
• Ensure that operator performs all step to check quality of product, comply fulfill all the batch record, comply with SOPs according GMP guidelines
• Report the production in shift correctly and timely
• Evaluate MBO for subordinate every quarterly. Propose reward and discipline subordinate as regulation

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• At least 2 years experiences as team leader in manufacturing industry (preferred pharmaceutical or food)
• Have experience in Lean 6Sigma, TPM
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork skills as well as work independently
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Understand the systematic process of GMP-WHO is preferred
• Teamwork

• Change management
• Proficiency 4 skills in English
• Adapt to shift work as required

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
