Location: 7th Floor, Prime Center, 53 Quang Trung Street, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi

Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting responsibilities such as applicant profile creation, and system tracking.
  • Conduct research to locate information such as candidate profiles or contact information for clients.
  • Other administrative duties include format CVs, draft contracts, support meeting minutes.
  • Market research and job mapping.
  • Work under the direction of the Team Leader or Manager.

Experience requirements

  • Senior/Fresh graduates who can commit to working full time
  • Pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
  • Have staffing mindset and be flexible for Blue Collar project also
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
  • High sense of service and business acumen
  • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
  • Familiar with MS Office and social network

Education requirements

  • Junior or Senior student is recommended.
  • Excellent in both speaking and writing of English, good English is a plus.
  • Dedicated to furthering your career as a recruiter, having been in HR-related clubs is a plus.
