Job Responsibilities
Achieve business targets through Regional Business management
- Business performance: Plan to Achieve and exceed the annual business goals of the region including: Sales Revenue, Salesforce Productivity & Commercial Hygiene.
- Salesforce management: Supervise trade activities in the market, always urge and guide the sales staff strictly follow company schemes.
- DT management: Frequent meeting to engage with distributors; manage Distributors’ liquidation & new appointment to drive effectiveness
- Driving Compliance & Discipline of salesforces & distributors strictly comply with the company's business policies.
- Proactively solve issues that can affect business performance, the Company's policies/ regulations
- Proactively plan / monitor the implementation of sales targets, product coverage and display in accordance with the sales department's strategy.
People management & development:
- Recruitment, Training & Coaching Team
- Evaluate and report performance of members in assigned regional.
- Build the engagement and walk the talk culture for the team.
- Coordinate with the training department to identify and implement training courses to develop sales skills of the regional sales team.
Data & Report:
- Ensure the accuracy of distributor's business data management system.
- Annual business planning and Regional Resource expense management
- Regularly analyze business data and make short-term direction plans for ASM / Supervisor to ensure the stable development of each commodity in the region.
- Capture and promptly report competitors' activities.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Experience requirements
- Knowledge of building and managing a distribution system for FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of the history, culture, values, business principles and operations of the Company.
- Leadership / teamwork environment building skills.
- Sales skills and sales team training.
- Communicate convincingly.
- Managing by results.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- 8-10 years’ experience in Sales GT in FMCG, prefer MNCs.
- Fluent in English.
