  • My client - a famous brand in Automotive is looking for a Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Leadership: Guide and support the sales team by providing mentorship, motivation, and clear direction to achieve both individual and collective sales objectives. Organize regular team meetings to assess progress, set new goals, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement sales strategies aligned with dealership objectives and market trends. Track performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction levels.
  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with Directors and the Product Manager from importer to maintain optimal vehicle inventory. Monitor stock aging and devise strategies to enhance turnover rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate sales data and reports to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement. Leverage insights to make informed decisions that boost sales outcomes.
  • Team Training and Development: Continuously enhance the team's skills through training programs, improving their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service capabilities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities, increasing sales and enhancing dealership visibility.
  • Financial Coordination: Work with the Chief Accountant to ensure accuracy and timeliness in sales-related financial documentation. Approve deals, discounts, and incentives in alignment with dealership policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that the sales team operates in accordance with dealership policies, industry standards, and legal requirements, including ethical practices, finance regulations, and safety protocols.

Experience requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent required; previous Sales Manager experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of success in automotive sales management
  • English profiency
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
