Sales Manager (Fresh/Frozen)

Job summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee and expand salmon sales (fresh and frozen) in Vietnam and the regional markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and expand salmon (both fresh and frozen) sales to existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in Vietnam and regional markets.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for salmon shipments to the destination.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and allocation.
• Report directly to the local manager.
• This role does not have direct reports

Experience requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fresh food sales, with a focus on imported products.
• Experience in seafood, beef, or other perishables is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively in team settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build new relationships and connections.
• Proactive and outgoing with a passion for sales and customer development.

Education requirements

• University graduates in Food, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
