Job summary

Adecco's client - a leading international IT Corporation with the advanced R&D Center is looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer (Japanese Speaking) who has solid experience in supporting business planning and strategy making process as well as conducting business reports.

Job Responsibilities

Objectives of position

• Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Utilize & improve internal CRM system
• Ensure & improve customer satisfaction
• Coordinates with team manager to follow-up sales & customers

Responsibilities

• Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing channels facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget of campaign plan, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with team managers, GD about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
• Perform company overview & solutions introduction, introduce company tour and other activities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform sales support task to follow-up business, leads or customers as assigned

Experience requirements

Requirements:

Must have

• At least 01 year in marketing job and at least 03 years related to Japanese speaking job
• Japanese Skill: Good at writing, speaking, reading, and listening equivalent JLPT-N1, N2
• English skill: Good at writing, reading, speaking
• Have customer-oriented mindset, service-oriented mindset, ownership
• Logical thinking & analysis ability
• Self-motivated & proactive
• Multi-tasking skill
• Open communication attitude & Teamworking

Nice to have

• Experiences of staying in Japan 
• Project management skill
• Experience in working at IT company
• Can go to business trip to overseas

Education requirements

• University degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or similar orientations.
