Job Responsibilities

• Drive the maximization of revenue and inventory utilization by exploring potential customers and business opportunities in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) from sizeable / reputable companies;
• Grow existing and penetrate new business by achieving continuous total customers’ satisfaction;
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics;
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company;
• Manage RFQs and the commercial arrangement of the new or existing projects including quotation preparation as well as commercial term management;
• Able to work on contracts and all commercial aspects of NPI activities upon closing

Experience requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business development or project management functions in electronics field. Proven track record in business growth and new customer acquisition is highly preferable;
• Experience in plant operation management is highly appreciated
• Proven track record of acquiring and securing consistent business growth in Vietnam and keep close management in daily operation including production, engineering, purchasing etc to fulfill customer's requirements
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Vice President, Sales & Marketing
• Strong Business Acumen to improve business results and to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics;
• Enthusiastic, excellent influencing & facilitation skills, sensitive to numbers, mature and responsible attitudes;
• Strategic thinker, self-motivator, effective communicator, strong mindset to look for continous improvement
• Chinese (native) and English at business level
• Candidate having experience working in Vietnam previously is a plus

Education requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related subjects
