Sales Specialist (German speaking)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s established process to manage B2B enquiries, including evaluating requests, providing detailed communication, addressing concerns, and securing bookings.
• Build strong relationships with business partners by interacting through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and video calls, adapting to their preferred mode of communication.
• Develop long-term connections with agents by taking an interest in their needs and providing personalized support beyond their immediate requests.
• Drive to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently, with a proactive approach to meeting goals.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in the tourism industry or inbound tourism is desirable.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is required, other European languages would be an advantage.
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
• Expertise and knowledge about tourism destination is essential.
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems.

Education requirements

• A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
