Senior Executive, Technical Services (Food Processing)

Job summary

Our client is a leading provider of Market Expansion Services.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct tests to assess the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and customer expectations.
• Prepare finished products to verify process conditions, optimize formulation guidelines, evaluate new products, and compile research data, including drafting technical reports with recommendations and observations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to initiate new projects and develop products in partnership with customers.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team for addressing customer complaints and assisting with technical inquiries.
• Lead innovation initiatives, introducing new ingredients and trends to customers

Experience requirements

• Good technical knowledge in food science
• Hands on experience in food science
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible and open to change 
• Organization skills
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills

Education requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in food science/ biotechnology/chemical engineering/food engineering or related field.
