Job Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand, balancing capacity, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Resource Management: Ensure effective allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and optimize raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production bottlenecks.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of production planners, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring production goals and deadlines are consistently met.

Experience requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in production planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within electronics manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
