Job Responsibilities

• Preparing for the plans of domestic sales, for both medium and short-term to align with company’s business strategies.
• Preparing for customer’s visit control plan for both domestic sales and technical services.
• Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to domestic sales and services.
• Attending to customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining and increasing sales amount of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
• Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment.
• Making customer’s visit control plans.
• Sharing information with marketing team about customers’ requirements of new products to fulfill product categories.
• Cooperating with technical service to support customers’ inquiries.
• Responding customers’ requirements and enquiries, preparing quotations to customers.

Experience requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in sales in plating chemicals; or chemicals in general.
• Be able to communicate in English.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemical or other related fields.
