Supply Chain Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a leading multinational organization specializing in machinery manufacturing & trading is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Relevant experience with strong skill in Procurement area.
• Guide the team to find appropriate sources for parts.
• Assess current supply chain capacities and capabilities.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality material organization.
• Establish performance metrics for the supply chain.
• Develop processes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify new suppliers.
• Manage inventory to maintain optimal production levels.
• Understand logistics and distribution.

Experience requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Supervisor / Leader.
• Strong experience in supply chain and supplier development
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier networks
• Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical fields
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Hire, train, and support department members
• Oversee daily workflow and performance evaluations

Education requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering / Business or Supply Chain Management is added advantage.
