Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with brokers and oversea suppliers to make sure shipments is cleared and released timely, arrange the last mile delivery from port/airport to 3PL/4PL warehouse.
  • Co-ordinate with logistics company, customer services to arrange the delivery to customers for inhouse managed operation.
  • Apply control and check registration permit for all the import products to ensure regulation compliance.
  • Perform good receipt and sales order release in AX;
  • PO and Invoice operation: Monitor the PO delivery status, pull in delivery time based on inventory condition;
  • Manage in-house warehouse operation as well as 3rd party and 4th party partner operation performance through regular review of defined service level and metric, KPIs.
  • Work closely with Commercial team and oversea factory for equipment purchasing operation; Check and verify all vendor invoices with sufficient supporting document to facilitate payment processing on time.
  • Monitor and analyze the back order, OTIF (on-time-in-full) and forecast accuracy metrics to measure operational performance and drive further improvement.
  • Inventory management: through regular cycle count and annual physical count to ensure the inventory accuracy >99.5%, regular monitor the short shelf-life products to engage right parties for action taken; conduct stock reconciliation with 3PL/4PL; quarterly disposal arrangement for expired, damaged and discontinued products
  • Implement, Standardize and enforce execution of standard operation procedures (SOPs) to ensure an accurate and up to date Supply Chain quality management system fully compliant with local regulation requirement.
  • As focal point of Supply chain in Vietnam, work closely with other functions locally or globally to drive and support projects and ad hoc business request. 


Experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years solid experience of import and export and warehouse logistics operation, inventory management, 3rd party vendor management
  • Knowledge about S&OP planning and Replenishment, understand the impact to operation
  • understand customs requirement for imported medical device products and regulation requirement
  • MRP experience required experience, Dynamics AX is highly preferred
  • Good commands of written and spoken English.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor degree in logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related disciplines.
