Job summary
Our client as one of the top company in their industry is looking for the Talent Acquisition Manager role, Binh Duong based.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategies and execution plans short / long term for talent acquisition to lead the whole recruitment process effectively with both front end and back end in aligning with the Company and HR strategies.
- Partnering with HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to develop success profiles to ensure that the company is hiring the right people for the right roles, from that resulting into improving employee productivity and engagement, reducing turnover.
- Mapping, building, and maintaining relevant talent pools for readiness and effective hiring when there is need arisen.
- Partnering with HRIS and IT teams to build, enhance Company’s career pages, and maintaining those effectively.
- Developing effective and creative employer branding program, job advertisements to improve visibilities, promote Company image in the labor market, and provide positive experience to candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, providing qualified candidates, and partnering with HRBP and hiring manager in hiring and selection process to meet the hiring needs effectively and timely.
- Developing, driving the execution, and ensuring the recruitment plan aligned with and met the Company’s ramp plan.
- Developing, monitoring and ensuring recruitment budget are used effectively.
- Developing and providing talent acquisition, turnover metrics, analytics, dash boards to give insights for management and team for more effective future projections and improvement: recruitment channel effectiveness, time to hire, employee retention, market trend, talent forecast.
- Conducting regular labor market update, market forecast to provide the top management with the understanding of market movement, SWOTs to have appropriate and proactive talent plans.
- Maintaining up to date with the technology, applications, best practices to drive for internal continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Building, managing and developing capable and high competence team.
- Providing professional consultation and training to enhance the interview and selection skills for hiring managers and stakeholders to have better alignment
- Building, reviewing and updating respective SOPs, work instructions in regular basis with system thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
- Other related tasks as assigned and aligned with direct superior from time to time.
Experience requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
- Hands on experience with full cycle hiring, and employer branding techniques.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Solid experience working with dynamic and diversity workforce.
- Enable and encourage reliance on data and reporting in order to support the strategy and business objectives.
- Have experience using HR technology / software / tool like business intelligence, data visualization programs, or online communication tools.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition analytics & dashboards.
- Good verbal & written skills, both English and Vietnamese.
- Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented.
- Strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate Company Values.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and business partners.
- Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide effective leadership: promote teamwork and demonstrated ability to engage people to get results.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
- Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proficient in English.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related combination of education and experience.
