Job summary
Adecco's client - a leading buiding material manufacturer is seeking for talented CI Manager. The CI Manager will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement within our organization and ensuring best practices are consistently implemented across all departments
Job Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in production and business processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Leadership & Training
- Act as a CI ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
- Facilitate workshops and kaizen events to drive team collaboration and engagement.
Performance Monitoring
- Establish, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement initiatives' success.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, engineering, and supply chain, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders as needed to benchmark best practices.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt are preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading CI initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CI tools and software (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, DMAIC).
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
