Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and recruiting processes.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure that staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date compensation strategy for every employee; investigating and resolving employee conflicts;
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations;
  • Ensuring that all company HR policies are applied consistently;
  • Maintaining company organization charts and employee directories;
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement new HR policies, employee retention strategies, etc. 

Experience requirements

  • At least 10 years working experience as a HR in the manufacturing field with over 5 years at manager level
  • Proficient Korean language skills and intermediated English
  • Excellent leadership skills

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevent field
