Job summary

Job Responsibilities

As the General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • To act as interpreter/translator from English to Vietnamese and vice versa for the business alignment.
  • To communicate relevant banking sections for reporting on the business alignment.
  • To handle the necessity arrangement as an administrative staff for above business alignment.
  • Business planning support for retail segment such market research, interview with professionals and discuss with relevant banking sections, etc.

Experience requirements

Experience:

  • Applicant having working experience in foreign companies or Japan is preferable.
  • Working experience in banking, especially in foreign banks is preferable (newly graduated person is also acceptable). Retail business planning experience is preferable

Skills:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (oral & written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork, responsibility, initiative, hardworking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent office computer skills.

Education requirements

  • University degree in Economic, Banking, Finance or related fields; Applicant graduating from universities in overseas (graduate or under-graduate degree) or Japan is preferable.
